Sei More! Sei CosmWasm Data is Now Live on Dune!
We are expanding to provide all-encompassing access to data flowing through the Sei network.
We're excited to announce that Sei Native data is now available on Dune! Following our launch with Sei's EVM data, we are expanding to provide all-encompassing access to data flowing through the Sei network.
Mike McCoy, Director of Infrastructure at Sei Foundation "Our vision for Sei is to provide the best performance a blockchain has to offer. With Dune providing insights into both CosmWasm and Ethereum address data, we're giving users, developers and analysts in the ecosystem a wholistic view of how that performance comes to be and who is utilizing the network the most. I couldn't be more excited to see what our community can do with this data."
What is Sei?
Sei is a Layer 1 blockchain that combines the advantages of Ethereum and next gen blockchains like Solana and Sui. The result is an EVM compatible L1 that benefits from the deep tooling, infra, and mindshare of the EVM, while still offering low fees, high throughput, and industry leading speed.
Sei’s infrastructure supports two types of environments:
- Sei EVM: This environment is fully compatible with Ethereum's Virtual Machine (EVM), allowing developers to deploy Ethereum-based dApps on Sei without any modifications.
- Sei CosmWasm: Sei also supports CosmWasm (CW), an environment that leverages the Cosmos SDK for smart contracts. This enables developers to build more flexible, modular applications that benefit from the broader Cosmos ecosystem.
Expanding Data Access with CosmWasm
Sei operates with a unique architecture where one state is accessible through two different types of addresses—EVM and CosmWasm. By bringing all this data into one unified platform, Dune offers comprehensive visibility into the entire Sei network.
"At Dune, we believe in making all data public and easy to access. With Sei’s Native data now live, users can explore all data from Sei—whether EVM or CosmWasm—in one place. We're proud to offer the most comprehensive tool for Sei’s community." Fredrik Haga, CEO of Dune.

Users can now also use Dune API to directly convert any query into a flexible API endpoint.
What’s next?
Dune is on its mission to integrate 100 blockchains by the end of 2024. We are continuously scouting for additional blockchains to create the ultimate data hub for all your on-chain data needs.
If you believe there's a blockchain that deserves to be part of our platform, we invite you to submit your proposals through our Data Request list here. Or, use Dune Catalyst to integrate your blockchain and make it discoverable on Dune!
